Jonnae Tillman creates a personalized training for your organization using tailored examples and relevant practices. In-person trainings are offered at your location at a time and day convenient for your team! Jonnae works with your leadership team to tailor group discussions, video presentations, written reflections, integration opportunities, and practice sessions for small to large groups.

This 2-hour module provides a thorough overview of Motivational Interviewing focusing on the implementation of M.I. in day-to-day practice and includes opportunities to pause, reflect, and practice the skills as the module progresses. Participants from all skill-levels will increase their knowledge and skills in Motivational Interviewing. Jonnae brings stories, examples, and humor to keep participants engaged.

Each of the six modules includes carefully crafted video lessons and demonstrations that show you not just what to do but how to do it along with interactive quizzes designed to reinforce key learning points.
